Our Purpose

The mission of the Chronic Disease Control Branch (CDCB) is to prevent and optimally manage chronic disease to ensure all Californians can experience good health and well-being. Program strategies and activities are inclusive of populations with a high burden of disease and comorbidities. ​​​​
