Clearlake Geothermal Gas Investigation (PDF)
Environmental and Occupational EPT conducted an investigation of geothermal gas impacts on indoor air.
Environmental and Occupational EPT investigated chemical hazard awareness and preparedness of nearby businesses after a plating shop fire.
Monterey Hotel Chlorine Release Investigation (PDF)

root causes of the incident which resulted from the mixing of incompatible
