Asthma Data
California Breathing analyzes asthma data from a variety of sources to better understand the burden of asthma in California. These data are summarized and made publicly available through an interactive data dashboard, infographics, and downloadable data sets. California Breathing aims to make asthma data accessible and informative to the public and partners working to reduce asthma in California.

California Asthma Control Strategies Webinar Series
During the Fall of 2021, California Breathing hosted a three-part webinar series about asthma control strategies in California.

Webinar 1: The Burden of Asthma in California | presentation slides (PDF) – Using statewide asthma surveillance data, CB described the burden of asthma data and how certain populations are disproportionately affected by asthma.
- Webinar 2: Asthma Management Academy Evaluation| presentation slides (PDF) - CB shared evaluation results from the past four years, including the positive impact the Asthma Management Academy has had on CHWs' knowledge, skills, and asthma services, as well as on patient health outcomes.

Webinar 3: Asthma Control Strategies Assessment and Recommendations | presentation slides (PDF) - In February 2020, CB assessed which asthma control strategies are implemented across California. In this webinar, CB shared assessment results, identified gaps in services, and shared evidence-based recommendations to improve asthma control.
