CDPH presents detailed three-page HAI profiles for hospitals, counties and hospital types on a statewide level. The profiles below contain HAI data for 2022 and track trends over time (2015–2022). Click on a hospital name (sorted alphabetically by county) or county name to view its report. Long term acute care (L), critical access (C) and rehabilitation hospitals (R) are indicated.​​

Data tables are available on the California Health and Human Services Open Data Portal​ (select Diseases & Conditions​).
