News:
Students being admitted to any grade, including 7th grade, are subject to the 2-dose varicella requirement. For 7th grade advancement, the 2-dose varicella requirement expires after June 30, 2025. Related FAQs are at Regulations (2019 Changes).
Annual school reports are submitted at CAIR Hub. Reports for all grades (Pre-K, TK/K, and 7th grade) are submitted at the same website and require a registration process.

2024–2025 Audits: Annual financial and compliance audits of public schools will include an immunization component for schools with kindergarten or 7th grade.
