Quality Accountability Supplemental Payment Program (QASP)
The QASP Program previously implemented by the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) and California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) sunsetted on December 31, 2022.
A replacement program overseen by DHCS, the Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Workforce & Quality Incentive Program (WQIP), was authorized by Assembly Bill (AB)186 (Chapter 46, Statutes of 2022) for dates of service January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2026.
