How to Cancel an Application

This manual is for cancelling an unpaid application. Please note that the fees are nonrefundable. If you need to cancel a paid application, email us and describe the issue. All applications that were created but were not submitted will be cancelled by the system after 180 days.​​​

step 1 Log in and go to the welcome screen. Look for the Application ID you want to cancel in the My Work In Progress stack and click Continue.

step 2Click Other Actions, then select Cancel Application.

step 3Confirm cancellation by clicking Yes.

step 4Click Close to go back to the welcome screen.
